About

The Utilities Division maintains the Village’s water and wastewater infrastructure, including water and sanitary sewer lines, water and wastewater treatment equipment and processes, drinking water wells, and elevated water storage tanks (water towers). Utilities is also responsible for reading water meters, and they perform snow/ice control with the Streets Division.

Rates

Water = $6.24 per 1,000 gallons
Sewer Rate = $7.30 per 1,000 gallons

Water & Sewer Improvement Fee

The water & sewer improvement fee was created in 2016 to address capital improvement needs as water lines, treatment facilities, pumps, etc. The current charge is $15 per month for water and $10 per month for sewer, totaling $50 per billing cycle.
