Chicken License Renewal Form

Introduction

Current residential chicken licenses are valid through December 31 of the year issued. A current licensee must re-apply and pay for a renewed license no later than December 31. If an application to renew is received and/or payed for after December 31, such as application will be treated as a new licensee application reviewed on a first-come-first served basis.

The $20 license fee payable to the Village of Hampshire can be paid online via the Illinois E-Pay website, in-person at Village hall, or with a check in the mail. If paying online, please select the Building Permits option and then input "chicken license" into the permit number field.

This form is for re-licensure for current licensees only. If there are any remaining licenses on January 1, the application form will opened to the general public.
